DVD OF THE MONTH
SEPTEMBER 2009
"After the Alive 35 South American Tour, on July 2009 Kiss toured Canada. The last concert Kiss was played on California on 30 July.
I tried to collect master videos from all Canadian shows, to make a multicam or to authore a DVD of each show.
When I finished searching for the sources, I finally got some partial and some complete shows from Canadian Tour.
Before this DVD I authored some others: Sarnia partial DVD, Quebec complete DVD (except DRC), Quebec multicam (5cam).
I did not use one source for Quebec 5cam (for different quality with others), so I compiled this source with other dates and finally authored"From Canada to California", compilation of footage from:
2009.07.10 - Sarnia
2009.07.13 - Montreal
2009.07.15 - Ottawa
2009.07.16 - Quebec
2009.07.21 - Paso Robles
Missed Halifax and Windsor.
When finish and shared it with other kiss fans, one of them noticed me that my this DVD really didn't have California Footage.

What I labelled as Paso Robles was really from Orillia, Casino Rama. I fixed this mistake and add some more videos from: Sarnia, Quebec (used on 5cam) and new footage from 2009.07.30 - Paso Robles... and remake it as you see now.
Now I think this can be a real "From Canada To California". The idea of this tittle came from a great Rolling Stones bootleg: "From Lakeland to Oakland" 1978 Tour.
So, here you have a compilation of master videos, with different audio and video quality. Some songs complete, some songs partial and some very partial.
On this new DVD, Jean made great menu screens, as he done on multicams from Nijmegen 2008 and Bilbao 2008.
